Where is my order?

This is a question we frequently get asked to we put together a shipping guide here and you can track your order here.

What is my tracking number?

Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.

Amendments and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.

    - Your delivery details
    - Your name
    - Your email
    - Your phone number
Cancellations
    - You must contact us within 1 hour.
    - We cannot cancel your order once it has already been processed.
